Our locations are easily accessible for trucks, and our workshops have heavy cranes for large and heavy workpieces. Currently, our largest oven in Europe is 18.5 meters long. Below you can find an overview of all current ovens and dimensions.

Mobile ovens
When workpieces are too large for transport or when they are not allowed to leave the location, Delta Heat Services has developed its own ‘Delta Mobile Furnace System’. The mobile system makes it possible to construct a gas or oil-fired annealing furnace of any desired size in a very short time frame. The dimensions and possibilities are unlimited!
The advantages of the ‘Delta Mobile Furnace System’ are: time savings in the construction of a mobile furnace, execution at any desired location, and efficient interim adjustment of the various dimensions.

Delta Heat Services is an official dealer of Miller Proheat ™ 35 machines and parts and is certified to provide both maintenance and inspections. In addition, we have a large fleet of induction units for sale, our own, and a rental service department.

The induction equipment is mostly used for preheating work with thicker wall thicknesses and larger workpieces. This is due to the faster alignment time and the efficient way of heating. In addition, the water-cooled cables do not get hot, which provides a better working environment for the welder.
Due to the fast heating time, the equipment is also ideal for shrink fits. In addition, the induction equipment can be used to heat blocked pipes and pumps quickly and efficiently.
