Delta Heat Services has several stationary annealing furnaces at all its locations. The best solution is chosen depending on the procedure, dimensions, and weight. Our annealing furnaces are fired with gas oil or are electrically heated.
Our locations are easily accessible for trucks, and our workshops have heavy cranes for large and heavy workpieces. Currently, our largest oven in Europe is 18.5 meters long. Below you can find an overview of all current ovens and dimensions.

Mobile ovens
When workpieces are too large for transport or when they are not allowed to leave the location, Delta Heat Services has developed its own ‘Delta Mobile Furnace System’. The mobile system makes it possible to construct a gas or oil-fired annealing furnace of any desired size in a very short time frame. The dimensions and possibilities are unlimited!
The advantages of the ‘Delta Mobile Furnace System’ are: time savings in the construction of a mobile furnace, execution at any desired location, and efficient interim adjustment of the various dimensions.
