We operate internationally, with locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Romania. Our services are utilized in refineries, the petrochemical industry, power plants, offshore, shipyards, and construction – for both new construction and maintenance and repair.
Quality
Delta Heat Services is continuously committed to delivering and maintaining the intended quality. All processes are documented in the Management Manual and are certified according to ISO 9001. Additionally, all executions comply with the ISO 17663 standard. Since temperature recording is an important part of the treatments, the recording equipment is calibrated within a predetermined period.
Craftsmanship is the core around which quality execution revolves. Therefore, Delta Heat Services invests heavily in training personnel. An internal training program has been established, which is included in the Management Manual. The training consists of a theoretical and practical part and concludes with a test. All executing employees undergo this training. A new space has been set up for training and instructions, both for the theoretical part and practical instruction. There is also the possibility to provide presentations, demonstrations, courses, and training for third parties. Through publications and additional training, staff is continuously updated.
Safety
Safety and quality are inextricably linked. A safe working method is part of the procedures as described in the Management Manual. The policy of Delta Heat Services, as laid down in the policy statement, aims to prevent accidents, material damage, and environmental damage. Delta Heat Services is certified according to VCA-Petrochemicals. All executing personnel have at least the VCA-Basic certificate. The managerial staff and the majority of the executing personnel have the VCA-VOL certificate.
The aim is for all executing personnel to obtain the VCA-VOL. The internal training pays ample attention to the safe execution of our specific tasks. Regarding safety, staff is continuously informed and updated through publications and additional training.
